How to Communicate?
Info: In case you want to drop an info or submit something to your teacher or admin. Just send a WhatsApp message to +91-9910074585 and wait for the thumbs up sign. If you have received that; it means your message has been delivered. If you want to send it via mail, you can send to relevant email id as assigned by academic coordinator
Text: In case of any question, doubt or confusion please drop a WhatsApp message to +91-9910074585. You will get a response within 24 hours. Normally they will respond soon but they might take a maximum of 24 hours.
Call: In case you want to discuss something, please drop a message regarding scheduling a call to +91-9910074585. The Relationship Manager is supposed to respond within 48 hours. Normally they will respond soon but they might take a maximum of 48 hours. Once a call is scheduled you can discuss your issue with the Relationship Manager.
N.B.
Kindly note please call from the phone number registered in the database of Vikalp. In case you call from another number the Relationship Manager would not be able to attend you. In case of any change in number, kindly report this to the Relationship Manager so that they can update their database.
It would be great if you can use the 7 rules for effective communication? The 7 Cs stand for: clear, concise, concrete, correct, coherent, complete, and courteous. While speaking to a Relationship Manager you should;
- Be clear – make sure you are in a quiet place and are audible for them to hear you and you can speak without shouting.
- Be able to explain the problem you are experiencing.
- Speak in a respectful manner, please do not be rude to them.
How to seek Redressal?
Relationship Managers will try their best to attend to your problem. In case you don’t get a response within 48 hours or you are not satisfied with the response, you can report the matter to letters@vikalpindia.com. Kindly mention redressal as the subject of your mail and write about your grievance in detail. Officers from the Grievance Redressal Committee will respond to your issue.
