Registrations for Academic Year 2025-26
Registration is open for Nursery to Grade 12 for the 2025-26 academic year. Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. We look forward to welcoming your child into our global learning community!
Essential Requirements
The learners who register will require:
- Access to broadband (hi-speed internet) with, minimum 10 Mbps download speed.
- A computer (Desktop or Laptop) and audio that enables the learners to attend live classes. We do not recommend the use of mobile phones and tablets due to small screen size and limited functionalities.
- Comfortable table, chair, book storage space, and essential stationery including notebooks for written work and home work
- Learning tools and books delivered by Vikalp Online School.
- A quiet space with a good background wall or curtains will enrich the learning time.
Academic Sessions
We have the following 3 academic sessions in a year.
1. Academic session (Spring) starts in April.
2. Academic session (Summer) starts on June
3. Autumn session (Autumn) starts in October.
Each academic year is divided into three parts, or trimesters. We follow the trimester system and complete the syllabus in the minimum period of 9 months. We are able to do this in less than 12 months because we have very few holidays and short vacations. In order to suit the diverse learning needs of different time zones we run multiple batches throughout the day.
How to enroll in advance?
You can discuss with the Admission Counsellor and register your child in advance. You can book the seat for either of the three Academic sessions with the available batch timing. Advantage of enrolling early is that your admission will be confirmed at the existing discounted fee. Consequently, you can avoid the additional admission fee applicable from 1st January 2025. Kindly speak with the Admission Counsellor before registering. This is necessary because they need to check the availability in the desired session and batch.

Once the Admission counsellor has given the go ahead, you’ll proceed with the payment of school fees. You can go to the payment page and pay using UPI, Net banking, Debit or Credit Card. Various EMI options are also available. You can select your preferred payment plan. We offer flexible payment options to suit different needs. You can either pay for a 3-Month Fee or 6-Month Fee or 9-Month Fee. Monthly fee is lowest in the 9-month payment plan as it helps us to plan for the whole academic year of your child. Nonetheless, you can pay a 3-Month Fee initially and later pay a 6-month fee in order to pay for the whole academic year.Filling the form

· Valid Birth Certificate of the Child
· National Identity Card of Parent/Guardian and Child (e.g., Aadhar Card or Passport)
· Recent Passport-Size Photos of Parent/Guardian and Child
· Previous Year’s Progress Report or Marks Card (if available)
· Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate (if applicable)
