Handwriting for Class 1 is an introduction to Cursive Writing , 3 letter cursive words are introduced. Distance between lines throughout the four-line book, are .5 cm apart to help children keep the designs withing certain definite limits. The inner lines fix the limits of the small letters and the outer lines are meant for the tall and long letters. The vertical lines are meant to keep the space between the words uniform.

  • Size of the small letters should be uniform.
  • The size of the tall and long letters should be unform.
  • Space between letters should be equal.
  • Space between the words should be also equal.
