Late Fees Policy

Timely fee collection ensures uninterrupted delivery of high-quality
teaching, learning materials, and student services. To be fair to all families and to
maintain school operations, a late fee will be charged on overdue tuition and related
fee payments.

This policy applies to all parents/guardians enrolled with Vikalp India for
tuition, exam, or other recurring charges.
Payment Due Date & Grace Period

• Due date: Fees are due on the date specified in your subscription plan.
• Grace period: A grace period of 5 calendar days is provided for each
  payment. Payments received within the grace period will not attract late
  charges.

Late Fee Charges
Late charges apply after the grace period as follows:

• More than 5 days overdue: ₹1500 fixed late fee.

Suspension & Re-enrolment
If fees remain unpaid beyond 45 days, the school reserves the right to temporarily
suspend access to online classes, activity kits, and other services until the account is
regularized. Re-enrolment or reinstatement of services may require payment of all
outstanding fees plus the applicable late charges.

Disputes & Appeals
If you believe a late fee was applied in error (for example, a cleared cheque not
reflected, technical payment failure, or extenuating circumstances), please contact
the letters@vikalpindia.com within 7 days. Provide supporting documents and
payment proofs. Each appeal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; eligible
appeals may result in reversal or partial waiver.
