Parent Workshop
These workshops are organised by different schools. This is conducted by Vikalp Counselors. This objective is to sensitize parents on various issues of parenting. Varied aspects of Mental, Physical and Socio-Emotional Development are discussed so that parents can play a positive role in their child’s growth. Complex child psychology and parenting issues are simplified into simple DOES and DON'TS.
Principal Workshop
This is a leadership session where various topics are discussed so that Principles can become catalysts of change in school. They can create an ecosystem where teaching-learning can shift from blackboard teaching to experiential learning. These workshops are conducted in individual schools and group schools of Sahodaya School Complexes, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, AIPSA etc.
Student Workshop
This workshop is conducted by schools who want to shift from blackboard teaching to experiential learning. Our facilitators go to different schools and conduct classes where students are taught and the teachers observe the class. This is a hand holding exercise where teachers can see and learn the nuances of classroom transaction and management while implementing this methodology.
Teacher Training & Workshop
This is a Facilitator Development program where a series of workshops are conducted in different schools where teachers are trained to act as Facilitator instead of instructor. Every school needs this training/workshop in order to implement New Education policy (NEP). Teachers are trained to teach but these workshops make them adept in working with students and facilitate learning.
