Vikalps Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 to 10  working days in India and 15 to 20 working days for Austrailia, New Zeland, UK, US, Canada, UAE, Soudi Arabia, Quarter and Singapore.  For rest of country it can be calculated approximately.Weekends and holidays are not counted in these working days. In case of any unexpected problem, we will inform via text to your phone number.

2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges (If any) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We can deliver to your address mentioned during placing the order. We are sorry but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You ’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number withing 72 hours of your placement of order.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

Vikalp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Countries where we ship

Outside your home country, we ship to USA, Canada, Austrailia, New Zeland, Fiji, every country in  Europe, every Country in Latin America and most country of Africa, in Asia we cater to every country in South Asia, West Asia (Middle East) and South East Asia, Japan & South Korea.

Replacement Policy ​

If the item(learning Toy/Kit/lab/box)  you ordered arrived in

• a physically damaged or
• defective condition or
• has missing parts,

it will be eligible for a free replacement.
