Additional Subjects
In case a student wants to take more than 5 mandatory subjects for the board examination. They can opt one or more additional subject from the list of available subjects mentioned in the grade 10, 11 and 12 pages. You can pay fee for the addition subject below: -

Special Examination Fees
Examination fee is already included in the tuition fee. However, if any student is unable to appear for the examination on the scheduled date, the school may conduct a special examination upon request. Please note that:
- A written request for the special examination must be submitted before the scheduled exam date.
- The school will allocate a separate date for the special examination.
- An additional fee of Rs. 1500 per subject will be charged for appearing in the special examination.
All students are advised to take careful note of this policy and plan their examinations accordingly. In case your request for Special Examination has been granted then you can pay by clicking the button on the right.

Late Fee Policy
Purpose: Timely fee collection ensures uninterrupted delivery of high-quality teaching, learning materials, and student services. To be fair to all families and to maintain school operations, a late fee will be charged on overdue tuition and related fee payments.
Payment Due Date & Grace Period
- Due date: Fees are due on the date specified in your subscription plan.
- Grace period: A grace period of 5 calendar days is provided for each payment. Payments received within the grace period will not attract late charges.
Late Fee Charges
Late charges apply after the grace period as follows:
- Fixed late fee of ₹1500 will be applied to overdue tuition and related fee payments after the 5-day grace period has passed.

After making a booking
Read the confirmation carefully and keep the reference or message. Follow only the joining instructions associated with that booking. If no confirmation arrives, avoid creating several duplicate requests; first check the email spam folder and then contact Vikalp India with the name, selected date and contact information used.
If the family needs to change or cancel a time, use the method stated in the confirmation or contact the team as early as possible. A useful first discussion should clarify the learner’s present situation, the programme fit and what happens next. Confirm current schedules, payment terms and enrolment requirements separately before making a longer-term commitment.
