A Finance Executive is responsible for developing and then maintaining the accounting systems and procedures to collect, analyse and verify an organizations financial data. They also work very closely with the controller and the director to look for workflow improvements and to discuss new projects.

Location: Delhi

Salary: INR 2,50,000 – 4,75,000 P.A

Experience: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

Data entry in Tally
Working knowledge in formula & pivots in MS Excel

GST

Monthly Return filling GSTR-1, GSTR-2 GSTR-3 and GSTR 3B
Checking compliance under Reverse Charge Mechanism

TDS

Preparation & Filling of Quarterly TDS returns in Form 24Q, 26Q and 27Q
Issue of quarterly tax deduction certificate in form 16A and annual Certificate of Tax Deduction on salary in Form 16

ITR

Computation of quarterly advance tax instalment based on projections
Preparation of income Tax computations and returns

Others

Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
